AT&T CORPORATION VS. COMBINED COMPANIES, INC. On August 1, 1997, we issued an Order dismissing the above-captioned complaint with prejudice in response to the Joint Motion to Dismiss filed by AT&T Corporation and Combined Companies, Inc. In the Order, we inadvertently referred to the date of filing of the Joint Motion as July 22, 1996 in paragraph 3. This Errata corrects the date to July 22, 1997.
