MASS MEDIA ACTION - FCC SEEKS COMMENT ON NEGOTIATED INTERFERENCE AGREEMENT PROCEDURES AS PART OF RADIO TECHNICAL RULE STREAMLINING (MM DOCKET NO. 98-93) - REPORT NO. MM 98-7.
