KEITH MAYDAK V. AT&T COMMUNICATIONS. Denied Keith Maydak's petition for reconsideration of the CCB's MO&O denying Maydak's formal complaint against AT&T. Maydak had sought a Commission order declaring that AT&T had improperly charged him for a call that should not have generated a toll record.
