IGA’s Tribal Liaison spoke about the FCC’s ITI program, homeland security interoperability issues, the enhanced Lifeline/Link-Up program for Tribal lands, and the FCC-USET Best Practices and other tower siting issues at a seminar sponsored by the Muskogee (Creek) District Court, Oklahoma Bar Association and Oklahoma State University in Okmulgee, OK, entitled “Doing Business in Indian Country 2002.”
