On August 29, 2019, the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau released a public notice seeking comment on a petition filed by Convo Communications, LLC, asking for clarification of the rule prohibiting video relay service (VRS) providers from offering non-service related inducements to VRS users to register for, or use, the VRS provider’s service.

Interested parties may file comments by accessing the Electronic Comment Filing System at https://www.fcc.gov/ecfs/filings.  All filings must reference CG Docket Nos. 10-51 and 03-123.  People with disabilities who need assistance to file comments online at https://www.fcc.gov/ecfs/filings may request assistance by email to FCC504@fcc.gov
