Revisions to Reporting Requirements Governing Hearing Aid-Compatible Mobile Handsets – The Commission will consider a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) that seeks comment on changes to the wireless hearing aid compatibility rules to eliminate the annual reporting requirement for non-nationwide service providers.

911 Access, Routing, and Location in Enterprise Communications Systems – The Commission will consider a Notice of Inquiry (NOI) that seeks comment on improving 911 access by enterprise communications systems that serve businesses, hotels, educational institutions, and government entities.  See paragraphs 23 and 31 of the document regarding questions about the capability of these systems to provide accessible emergency communications to individuals with disabilities, including the availability of real-time text.
