Liberty Media Corporation has filed a series of applications pursuant to section 310 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended and the Commission's rules, seeking approval to transfer de jure control of Sirius XM Radio Inc. and its subsidiaries to Liberty Media. Sirius and its subsidiaries hold space station, satellite earth station, wireless and experimental licenses with the Commission.
