Here is a study we did for our MBA program. VOIP was a huge piece that is the future of the telecom industry. Regulation is good for long distance providers to limit the competition but it isnç¨ good for ISP's who offer VOIP. MCI is in both businesses. I wonder where they sit on the issue.
