This Public Notice is issued as a supplement to the Notice of Proposed Rule Making (FCC 99-52) adopted in WTB Docket No. 99-87, and seeks comment on the whether the Commission should amend its licensing rules for the 800 MHz band to allow the incorporation of PMRS channels into a CMRS system.
