On August 1, 2019, the Wireline Competition Bureau issued a Public Notice releasing the list of Common Language Location Identification (CLLI) codes of price cap incumbent local exchange carrier (LEC) wire centers that are subject to the forbearance granted in the UNE Transport Forbearance Order.
