 On September 18, 2017, the Commission released a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to invite comment on its proposal to revise procedural rules for certain complaint proceedings, including formal disability access complaints.  The proposal addresses changes in filing deadlines, information designations, discovery, proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law, and other issues.
