On December 12, 2018, the Commission adopted the first Communications Marketplace Report (2018 Report), thereby providing a comprehensive evaluation of the state of the communications marketplace, for the most part, as of year-end 2017.  As required by Title IV of RAY BAUM’S Act of 2018, the 2018 Report consolidates several separate reports to address the state of the broader communications marketplace in one place.  And as mandated by Congress, this Report will be issued every two years.  During the years when no Report is issued, the Commission will update certain figures, maps and tables contained in the Report, to reflect the most recent data available.  This page presents these updates as of year-end 2018.
