By the Wireline Competition Bureau:
On December 2, 2009, the Commission released a Report and Order and Further Notice
of Proposed Rulemaking (RO&FNPRM), FCC 09-105, in the above-captioned proceeding. This
Erratum amends the RO&FNPRM as indicated below:
1. In the Table of Contents, the paragraph numbers are corrected to reflect the
renumbered paragraphs in the text of the document.
2. On page 24, paragraph numbers 56 through 58 should now read as paragraph
numbers 53 through 55 and the remaining paragraphs are renumbered accordingly.
3. On page 32, paragraph numbers 53 through 55 should now read as paragraph
numbers 76 through 78 and the remaining paragraphs are renumbered accordingly.
4. The RO&FNPRM is amended by adding “APPENDIX D – Eligible Services List for
Funding Year 2010” to the end of the Table of Contents and to the new last page
following Appendix C.
