By the Assistant Chief, Audio Division, Media Bureau:
The Audio Division, on its own motion, hereby sets aside the Report and Order,1 in this
proceeding pursuant to Section 1.113(a) of the Commission’s Rules.2
The Report and Order dismissed the Petition for Rule Making filed by Word Power, Inc.,
(“Petitioner”), for the allotment of Channel 230A at Greenup, Illinois, and the reservation of the channel
for noncommercial educational use, because no continuing expression of interest was filed by the
Petitioner. We set aside the R&O as the Petitioner timely filed comments, reaffirming its interest in the
allotment. We will subsequently release a Report and Order in this proceeding.
3. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED, That the Report and Order, DA 12-2025, IS SET
ASIDE pursuant to Section 1.113(a) of the Commission’s Rules.
