Satellite Space Applications Accepted for FilingThe applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission
reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public
Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions,
oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's
rules, unless otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.
New Skies Satellites B.V.
Modification to PDR/PPL
New Skies Satellites B.V. requests a modification of its grant of U.S. market access to reflect the relocation of the NSS-7 space station from 22º
W.L to 20º W.L.. NSS-7 is licensed by the Netherlands. New Skies requests the Commission to: (1) modify the C- and Ku-band Permitted List
to include the NSS-7 space station at 20º W.L. in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.95-12.2 GHz
(space-to-Earth) frequency bands; (2) grant U.S. market access for NSS-7 at 20º W.L. in the 3625-3700 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5850-5925
MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands; (3) authorize use of NSS-7 for direct-to-home service to, from, and within the United States; and (4)
allow tracking, telemetry, and control operations to, from, and within the United States in the 14496.0 and 14499.0 MHz (vertical polarization,
Earth-to-space), 11451.0 and 11454.0 MHz (horizontal polarization; space-to-Earth), and 4199.5 MHz (vertical polarization, space-to-Earth)
frequencies. New Skies requests waivers of Sections 25.210(a)(1) and (3), 25.210(i), 25.211(a), 25.114(d)(3), 25.114(d)(14)(ii) and 25.283(c) of
the Commission's rules.
Intelsat License LLC
Replacement Satellite Application (no new frequency)
Intelsat License LLC seeks authority to operate the 10.95-11.20 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.95 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.50-12.75 GHz
(space-to-Earth), and 14.00-14.50 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands on board the NSS-7 satellite at the 20.0° W.L. (340.0º E.L.) orbital
location. NSS-7 is currently licensed by the Netherlands. Intelsat states it seeks authority to operate on these Ku-band frequencies to replace
capacity it is authorized to use on the the NSS-5 space station (Call Sign S2801), which is currently operating at the at 20.0° W.L. location.
Intelsat requests waivers of Sections 25.114(d)(14)(ii), 25.283(c), and 25.114(d)(3) of the Commission's rules.

Special Temporary Authority
Intelsat License LLC requests special temporary authority, for a period of 180 days, to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand
operations necessary to maintain the Intelsat 702 space station at the 47.5º E.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 6173.7
MHz and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space); 3947.5 MHz; 3948.0 MHz, 3952.5 MHz, and 3952.0 MHz (space-to-Earth). Additionally, Intelsat
requests special temporary authority to continue to operate Intelsat 702 at the 47.5º E.L. orbital location on a temporary basis using the following
frequency bands: 5925-6425 MHz and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space); and 3700-4200 MHz, 10.95-11.2 GHz, 11.45-11.7 GHz and 12.5-12.75
