The purpose of this letter is to notify the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) that the
Wireline Competition Bureau approves the Schools and Libraries Funding Year 2014 Program Integrity
Assurance FCC Form 471 Review Procedures, dated December 9, 2013 (as modified via email from
USAC on February 20, 2014), subject to further modifications and/or instruction from the Commission
with regard to the prioritization of the FCC Form 471 applications.
