The Emergency Access Advisory Committee (EAAC), an FCC advisory committee required by the Twenty- First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010 (CVAA), will hold its next meeting at the Commission headquarters, 445 12th St., SW, Washington, D.C. on Friday, September 14, 2012 from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (EST).  At the September 2012 EAAC meeting, the seven subcommittees of the EAAC will present reports and consider activities for 2012.  All meetings are open to the public.  To request accommodations, please send an e-mail to: fcc504@fcc.gov or call the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau at 202-418-
