On June 30, 2016, the FCC released an Order establishing the per‐minute compensation rates to be paid for all telecommunications relay services (TRS) from July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017. The Order also established the total size of the TRS Fund for the coming year and the contribution factor, i.e., how much interstate and international revenue covered service providers must contribute to the TRS Fund.
