On June 28, 2019, the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau released an Order establishing the per‐minute compensation rates to be paid for all telecommunications relay services (TRS) from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020.  The Order also establishes the total size of the TRS Fund for the year and the contribution factor (the percentage of interstate and international revenue that the covered service providers must contribute to the TRS Fund).
