The FCC’s Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau and the Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau, with the assistance of the FCC’s Disability Advisory Committee, will host a workshop for public safety answering points (PSAPs) about real-time text (RTT) on October 2, 2018, from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. 

The PSAP RTT Education Day will be held in the Commission Meeting Room at the FCC’s headquarters located at 445 12th Street, SW, in Washington, DC.  The event will be open to the public and will be webcast with open captioning at http://www.fcc.gov/live
