On November 6, 2019, the FCC’s Media Bureau released an Order extending by an additional 120 days the comment deadlines for Pluto TV’s petition for a temporary waiver of the FCC’s Internet protocol (IP) closed captioning rules.

Interested parties may file comments by accessing the Electronic Comment Filing System at https://www.fcc.gov/ecfs/filings.  All filings must reference MB Docket No. 11-154.  People with disabilities who need assistance to file comments online at https://www.fcc.gov/ecfs/filings may request assistance by email to FCC504@fcc.gov.
