Comments Due: December 1, 2017

On November 1, 2017, the FCC released a Public Notice to invite comment on a petition filed by the Entertainment Software Association (ESA) requesting a final extension of a class waiver of the advanced communication services (ACS) accessibility requirements for video game software for 12 months, through December 31, 2018.  Comments may be filed on CG Docket No. 10-213 using the Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS) at https://www.fcc.gov/ecfs
