On February 4, 2019, the FCC’s Media Bureau released a public notice seeking information on recent developments in the video description marketplace affecting the availability, use, benefits, and costs of video description to prepare a Report to Congress due later this year.

Interested parties may file comments by accessing the Electronic Comment Filing System at https://www.fcc.gov/ecfs/filings.  All filings must reference MB Docket No. 11-43.  People with disabilities who need assistance to file comments online at https://www.fcc.gov/ecfs/filings may request assistance by email to FCC504@fcc.gov.
