This Forum was an educational event that provided an overview of the "electronic newsroom technique," a system that transmits scripted news segments as closed captions, and the implementation of the Commission's requirements for "enhanced ENT" to provide access to news segments that are not scripted. Forum panels discussed implementation challenges, solutions, and stakeholder collaboration.
