The Federal Communication Commission's Consumer Affairs and Outreach Division went on a Rural Tour through Arizona and New Mexico, Jan. 27-31, the sixth in a series of trips designed to build partnerships with local consumer groups and to hear directly from local consumers and community members about their telecommunications concerns.

During their travels to various cities and towns, the team met with community leaders and groups to share information and resources regarding telecommunications issues that affect their daily lives including the latest scams targeting consumers.
