FCC ACP Enrollment and Partnership Tour Through South Carolina
Officials from the FCC’s Consumer & Governmental Affairs Bureau will be in South Carolina from April 24-28, 2023 to conduct a number of public and non-public events and conduct coordination and partnership meetings with locally elected and appointed officials in support of the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). The ACP provides a $30 monthly discount for most households (up $75 monthly discount for residents who live on Federally-recognized Tribal lands and Hawaiian Home Lands) off of their monthly broadband bills. To qualify, a household is required to earn less than 200% of the Federal poverty rate OR participate in any number of public assistance programs.
