On November 2, 2020, the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) released a Public Notice inviting comment on a Petition for Further Clarification filed by ASL Services Holdings, LLC (Global VRS).  This Petition seeks clarification of the Commission’s rule prohibiting Video Relay Service (VRS) providers from offering or providing incentives for the purpose of encouraging individuals to register for or use the VRS provider’s service.

Interested parties may file comments by accessing the FCC’s Electronic Comment Filing System at https://www.fcc.gov/filings.  All filings must reference CG Docket Nos. 10-51 and 03-123.  People with disabilities who need assistance to file comments online at https://www.fcc.gov/filings may request assistance by email to FCC504@fcc.gov.
